As our products are handcrafted in our Victorian Studio, it may take up to 2 weeks to manufacture and post your order; this may increase during busy periods without notice. Aligning with our sustainable philosophy your order will be packaged in upcycled, recycled and recyclable materials where possible. If you require a gift sent direct to a relative please leave a message at checkout and we will wrap your parcel accordingly.

Shipping Options…

We use a combination of Couriers and Australia post, to ensure your order arrives as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Shipping starts as low as $7.95- for a tracked parcel and increases as you add more items to your cart. Pay no more than $11.95- shipping on your order

Express Upgrade: This option includes a rush on your order and express post. We will endeavour to get your order made and express shipped within 2-3 business days.  (This option is not available on all orders. As you can appreciate intricate items like the truck or painted items, take longer to make; if you are unsure and need your order in a hurry please contact us)

Delivery…

We are responsible for the safe delivery of your order; however, once your order is received by our delivery partners we have no control over the time it takes to be delivered. If for some reason it doesn’t arrive in a timely manner, please contact us to follow it up with our delivery partners. If you order arrives damaged, broken or with a mistake (yes we are only human), please contact us to organise a replacement.  If an item is defective or damaged it is the purchasers’ responsibility to inform us in writing within 7 days with photographic proof. In the event that your item is marked as delivered and you haven’t received it, be sure to check with family members, around your home and garden. We will launch an investigation with our delivery partner. At the conclusion of the investigation, your order may be resent or refunded at our discretion.

 

Returns…

We do not accept returns on personalised items. Returns for change of mind, or if you are unhappy with an item, or its not what you were expecting; the buyer is responsible for return postage. In order to qualify for a refund, all products and their, accessories must be returned in as new condition so that they are suitable for resale. Please notify us within 7 days or your intention to return your order, so that we can provide appropriate details. A Refund will be issued for the cost of the item only minus a 10% restocking fee.

If an item is returned to us due to an error in the address for delivery; the purchaser will be required to pay the cost for the order to be resent.

Our returns policy includes and does not seek to exclude or limit the rights that you have under Australian Consumer Law.
